In-Home Services: The Support You Need to Stay in Your Home.

Home Care Services – The VNA Home Care Team of Registered Nurses, Home Care Aides, Schedulers and Receptionist Offer the Following Services To Support Your Goal of Continuing To Live at Home.
Certified Home Care Aide assistance with bathing and personal care including, dressing, walking, exercise, feeding, toileting, transferring (chair to bed or bed to chair) and bedside care. Case management services are provided to seniors who live alone with no family or caregiver support. This service is often packaged with Homemaker Services.
When the care of the house becomes too much for the elderly or disabled individual, homemaker, meal, laundry and errand support is available. Through this program Certified Home Care Aides assist with food shopping, meal preparation, laundry, general errands and light housekeeping. This service is often packaged with Personal Care Assistance.
Respite Services – Trusted Support and a Break
Respite Services offer Care for the Caregiver by providing a much needed break to enjoy family activities, pursue personal interests, relax for a while or attend to family errands and personal responsibilities. Through this service Certified Home Care Aides can provide personal care, homemaker services or companion services. Respite services affirm and encourage the primary caregivers and help them return to care giving with confidence, knowledge and a new energy.
Companion Services – Avoid Isolation
For those who live alone and are homebound the Companion Services of VNA offer important personal contact, socialization and activity during the day.
The Case Management Services of VNA offer assistance in establishing a definitive Home Care Plan as well as coordination of necessary services. This service offers peace of mind for those who are responsible for the care of a loved one.
Senior Health Specialist Program
Registered Nurses provide Health Specialist services to community based programs for seniors. Services include health check-ups, health screenings such as blood pressure screening and health counseling, specific disease management education, nutrition teaching and medication review. The program includes valuable communication with the senior’s family.
Payment Options
The fees for VNA services are paid through private pay arrangements, entitlement programs such as provider contracts and insurance. Additional fee sources include CHOICE and Medicaid Waiver.
Visiting Nurse Association is a United Way Community Impact Partner, also supported by the Pew Fund, individual donations and corporate support.
VNA caregivers are bonded and insured, trained and regularly supervised.
