VNA-Community Services, Inc.’s (VNA) mission is to provide community-based programs that address you or your family’s needs for support.

VNA’s goal is to support the integrity and independence of families in the community by providing quality in-home care services to vulnerable elderly and disabled adults and primary health care and related health services to children in need and their families. VNA also provides community wellness and health education programs throughout the community.

VNA is a charitable agency overseen by a Board of Directors. VNA was established in 1919 by socially active and concerned volunteers whose interest was to identify and address public health concerns. Today the agency has offices in Abington and Norristown, Montgomery County, PA and through its programs serves Central and Eastern Montgomery County and parts of Bucks, Philadelphia, Chester and Delaware Counties.

The VNA is committed to the highest professional standards of practice. The agency focuses on meeting individual, family and community needs with efficiency and with the effective utilization of available resources. By improving the health and safety of individuals, the quality of life is enriched and VNA strengthens the health of our greater community.
